Youth and Family Services Ministry Assistant:
Prepare for CARE (Family) program monthly meetings; Monthly Youth Program mailings; Assist in execution of holiday and special events; Process incoming donations for Community Closet;
Database Management: Experience with FileMaker or other database software, Maintain attendance records, Input/update new registrant information; Run various reports.

PART-TIME DEVELOPMENT OFFICE ASSISTANT 15 Aug

Louisville Slugger Warrior Executive Director 27 Jul

The Executive Director will spend an estimated average of 10 hours per week for the following activities.
• Develop one new character study curriculum annually for the coaches to use with their teams during the winter practices.
• Refresh one existing character study curriculum annually so that it may be utilized again in the future.
• Pro-actively network and look for both head and assistant coach candidates.
• Assist with evaluation and decisions regarding new and returning coaches for upcoming seasons.
• Meet with Coaches on a regular basis to assist in character studies, practices, player and family issues, and other detail issues.
• Coordinate scheduling and administering of Service Projects. Coordinate with Catch 22 Foundation and Challenger Baseball on scheduling and partnership opportunities. Communicate with each team’s Coordinator as necessary.
• Lead annual club meeting with all families in November.
• Assist with coordinating trip to St. Louis for GO Ministries Dominican Republic team as needed.
• Coordinate and plan club wide social events → communicate with each team’s Coordinator.
• Assist with scheduling practice schedules and communicating with coaches and Kolb facilities manager.
• Assist with maintenance of stlwarriors website.
• Assist with try-outs for teams in the late summer each year as necessary.
• Attend Missouri Warriors Baseball, Inc. Board of Director meetings (2x per year).
• Assist coaches with periodic team / parent meetings.
• Engage with the each of the 9 Warrior teams (10u-18u) as time or need permits. This would involve building relationships with each player and family on the team.

The First Baptist Church of Saint Peters is looking for someone who loves the Lord to serve as Church Secretary. This is a part-time position, working Tuesdays and Thursdays in the church office from 9am to 3:30pm. The starting pay will be based on qualifying experience and will be between $14 and $16 per hour. Worship Piano Accompaniment 3 Aug

We would like some one who would be willing to lead our congregation in piano accompaniment. Hymns are from the Trinity Hymnal and there are usually two hymns per week. Westminster is located 45 minutes from Covenant’s campus.

Qualifications: Very proficient in piano accompaniment and can lead the congregation with appropriate tempo and volume.

The Success Coach position for our Beyond School program requires someone who is great at connecting with scholars.
