FORAI Sales Representative/Manager: 15 paid hours/month 4 May

Coordinate Sales: Research and coordinate the annual FORAI sale schedule (at least one sale per month). Propose sale schedule to Board/Director and then apply for participation in approved sales. Coordinate remote sales and create a plan for marketing “offsite” sales (local & out of state churches/individuals).

Prepare for Sales: Prepare tubs for upcoming sales (display items, product, cash box, sales records, bags, bookmarks, etc.). Track inventory and communicate any supplies needed at least two weeks prior to upcoming sales event.

Train for Sales: Provide training for volunteers and artisans who will help with sales events.

Communicate with & Coordinate Volunteers: Communicate regularly with artisans and volunteers about upcoming sales and staffing needs. Build vision in volunteers to include and encourage artisans to participate in sales events to share about their handicrafts with shoppers, practice English, build skills, develop relationships and a greater sense of community within FORAI.

Run/Staff Sales: Staff sales with volunteers and artisans as needed by communicating regularly about upcoming sales and staffing needs (if unable to personally run a particular sale, responsible for coordinating reliable volunteers to staff sale). Summary:
The custodians are responsible for maintaining a clean and well organized facility and grounds.
Accountability:
The custodians report to the Custodial Supervisor.
Job Duties:
1. Complete all cleaning duties as assigned. This would include restrooms, classrooms, hallways,

resale store for the entire family, offering items from the upscale to the
everyday. Our inventory includes men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing and shoes, jewelry, accessories, linens,

Children’s Coordinator 28 Aug

The role as Children’s Coordinator is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual care for the children and parents of the Next Generation through the gifts of administration, leadership, and discipleship.

The administration tasks include scheduling volunteers for Sunday School (SS), communication with volunteer teachers and parents, and processing the children into a data base system for both the nursery and SS. The Coordinator should also be able to process background checks for our volunteers.

As a leader, the Children’s Coordinator looks for opportunities to welcome visiting parents and children, develop relationships with families, recruit volunteers, become familiar with curriculum to train volunteers, and communicate frequently with staff, teachers, and parents. The Children’s Coordinator will also have a general understanding of each area of ministry in Next Gen, from the nursery to the Crossroad’s Crew.

The Children’s Coordinator will also think about the effectiveness of our different discipleship models; including Crossroad’s annual Art Camp, SS, and planned retreats.

The specific tasks of the Coordinator will fall under the various headings of SS, Nursery, and Crossroad’s annual events.

It is assumed that this job can be completed with 5 hours a week of devoted time. This time includes approximately 60 minutes allocated for Sunday school. It is understood that this position is somewhat seasonal. There will be weeks where the demand is greater than 5 hours, and weeks where it is less than 5 hours. It is expected that the Children’s Coordinator will monitor his/her hours and communicate those hours to the Next Gen pastor.
Qualifications: People skills. Computer Experience. Familiarity with various Sunday School Curriculums is a plus.

Hours: 5 hours a week. Sunday morning worship, and the flexibility to meet with Pastors, Teachers, and Parents as needed by appointment.

Student Ministry Worship and Music Coordinator 7 Aug

Main Objective: Lead and equip the student ministry to worship in song under the vision of worship for Twin Oaks Church. Plan, prepare, and execute the worship for each Wednesday night Student Ministry meeting.

Job Description
-Choose songs, hymns, and spiritual songs that clearly express the truth of the gospel in the worship of the triune God while understanding the context of West County, Twin Oaks Church, and the students/families present.
-Equip students to help lead in worship with their gifts and abilities.
-Build relationships with students and their families.
-Assist the church’s overall music ministry on Sunday morning as directed by the Director of Music.

Qualifications:
-Ability to at least play the guitar and/or the piano and be comfortable leading a group in singing.
-A Bachelor or Associates degree in Music/Music Performance/Worship is preferred but not required.
-Strong Christian testimony, committed to Reformed and Presbyterian theology.
-Ability to be creative while also being organized and task driven.
-Experience leading others in singing, particularly in a church or youth group setting.

The Kirk of the Hills PCA, located 2 miles from CTS, has a rich history of providing rewarding seminary internships. (1) Our Vision for Covenant’s Student Ministries:
We desire the ministry to our students to be:
• Relational: In order to have a sustained influence in students’ lives, we must love them faithfully. We want to inundate them with people who genuinely care about them. We believe that relational ministry often means simply having fun together.
• Gospel-driven: The content of the teaching and the context of the ministry is gospel – the message that we are fully known by God (in all our sin) and, simultaneously, passionately loved by Him because of what Jesus did for us in His life, death, and resurrection.
• Integrated: We want the students to enjoy the blessing of diverse relationships within the church. We want them to grow into the gifts God has given them by serving in the church. We see all the pastors as ‘coming alongside’ families in a team effort to help their children grow in grace, to find their place in God’s world, and to live out their callings with confidence and not fear.

(2) The Profile of the Female Student Ministries Intern:
CPC’s Female Student Ministries intern must be a godly woman who exhibits the following qualities:
• Dedication to student ministry: desires to use gifts to disciple students over a significant period of time
• Spiritual maturity: possesses a good understanding of the Scriptures, the gospel of grace, and a biblical world and life view

(3) Job Description:
Goal: To minister to the female students of Covenant Church (7-12 grade) in a purposefully relational and thoroughly biblical manner that equips each student to know and love Christ and His Bride, the Church.

Responsibilities:
1. Pursue and maintain close relationships and fellowship with female students. One-on-one relational ministry will be instrumental in this area.
2. Participate in the weekly student Sunday school meeting as well as both morning and evening worship services at CPC.
3. Lead and teach both a weekly Jr. High and a weekly Sr. High discipleship group on Wednesday nights.
4. Attend and help lead all major student events, trips, and retreats.
5. Participate in weekly staff meetings for both the Student Ministries staff and the church staff.
6. Assist the Director of Student Ministries in planning, coordinating, and scheduling all student activities. Provide administrative and creative support in appropriate areas.

Reporting Relationships:

The Female Intern reports to the Director of Student Ministries, as overseen by the Session, on a day-to-day basis and participates in the weekly ministry of the entire church staff. The Executive Director will spend an estimated average of 10 hours per week for the following activities.
•Develop one new character study curriculum annually for the coaches to use with their teams during the winter practices.

Description: Position requires availability perhaps three or four times a year; sporadic, not regular.
Three venues: •Preparing all set up for occasional ministry lunches at CTS. •Using provided promotional materials to spread the word on campus via Student Life Offices and Covenant Community Newsletter •Ordering pizza, buying drinks and paper products, Basic room set up, event oversight, and clean up.
Dates will be set up and confirmed with CTS by MNA staff.

•Organizing occasional quiet, off-camera dinners at a restaurant for approximately 30 guests: -Managing reservation list -Making menu suggestions to MNA staff -Making final reservation – Assistance as needed in suggesting venue
Reservation will be made by MNA staff
Invitations will be sent by MNA staff

•Preparing food set up for weekend Church Planter Readiness Seminars at CTS or a local church (one per year, usually February/March)
•Ordering food and beverages as needed from local restaurants and/or buying from local store and setting up on site, for which you will be reimbursed based on submitted receipts:

Stipend Amount:
$10/hour; anticipate that total for all 4 events listed will be approximately 30 hours. A W-9 form for tax reporting purposes will be provided and must be returned in order for stipend to be paid.

Reimbursement of Expenses:
All approved expenses will be reimbursed within 10-14 days upon submitting, with receipts only.
