The Office Manager must be someone who is able to carry out their assigned tasks in a manner that is consistent with the vision and mission of the church and in the spirit of the Gospel. In addition to a variety of typical administrative and ministry support tasks, this includes participating in the Mercy Ministry of Crossroads’ Diaconate in a way that supports their mission and vision and dignifies our neighbors who come seeking assistance. The Office Manager will also deal with sensitive information regarding finances and other church business, and must be able to utilize discretion and maintain confidentiality.
To carry out the following responsibilities, the Office Manager will need to be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various Google applications. They will also need to have or be willing to develop familiarity with InDesign, QuickBooks, and web-based communication such as MailChimp.

Part-time Music Ministry Director 5 Jan

Position is part time (approximately 6-9 hours a week). Annual salary of about $7,000. Looking for an individual who loves God, can express the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word and song choice, and who desires to help lead His people in worship. Preferably someone with some background in worship ministry and proficiency in either piano or guitar. The ability to lead singing is preferred but not mandatory.

Boys 10U Basketball Coach 25 Feb

Midwest United basketball is looking for a Boys 4th grade basketball coach. Coach would need to attend a minimum of one practice per week, plus league games and tournaments. Time commitment is not significant, team will play 20-24 games in the spring/summer session and 20-24 games in the fall/winter session.
Qualifications: #1 criteria is that the coach must be a calm, supportive presence from the bench. We want to build young men of character, that play basketball the right way.
