Director of Youth Ministry 2 Nov

Description:
Director of Youth Ministry

15-hr/wk; $15k; permanent

Position Description: We are seeking a Youth Minister who will work with our lay leaders to oversee the ministry, and to love and lead our students well (grades 6-12). Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: teach weekly Wednesday night / Sunday morning lessons, lead small group discussions, 1-on-1 mentoring, organize/chaperone events, communicate regularly with parents, oversee ministry volunteers, and vision-casting for the future of the ministry.

This position will involve a commitment of ~15 hours per week, with compensation to include excellent ministerial experience and training, a $15,000 annual salary, and getting to be a rock star in the eyes of some cool middle and high schoolers.

This position reports directly to the Lead Pastor. Hire/Start date: as soon as possible.

Qualifications (in order of importance):
• Love God – (Mk. 12:28-30) As a ministry leader in the church, you need not only a sound testimony of having given your life to Christ in the past, but evidence of a healthy and growing relationship with Him in the present. We need someone that can hit the ground running so you’ll need to prove your craft beer knowledge and also have some bar tending experience to be considered. The pay will be hourly and will depend on your experience.

Hours/Day needed to work:
Thursday- 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Friday- 3:30 pm – 12:00 pm
Saturday- 2:00 pm- 12:00 pm

Pay: Hourly wage plus tips

Andy’s Frozen Custard 31 Oct

Description: Making, preparing, and serving Frozen Custard at its finest. Duties are basic treat preparation, cleaning, and customer service.

Qualifications/Experience needed: Reliable transportation. Some flexibility to your schedule. Physical demands – Lifting 20-40lbs, standing for a majority of a shift lasting 5-8 hours.
Good customer interaction, excellence and hustle is a must!

Hours/Day: We are looking for people for day time and night time shifts. Part time and full time available.

Crew and Management positions available.

Pay: $9-$14 /hr (depending on position and availability)
