The Office Manager must be someone who is able to carry out their assigned tasks in a manner that is consistent with the vision and mission of the church and in the spirit of the Gospel. In addition to a variety of typical administrative and ministry support tasks, this includes participating in the Mercy Ministry of Crossroads’ Diaconate in a way that supports their mission and vision and dignifies our neighbors who come seeking assistance. The Office Manager will also deal with sensitive information regarding finances and other church business, and must be able to utilize discretion and maintain confidentiality.
To carry out the following responsibilities, the Office Manager will need to be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various Google applications. They will also need to have or be willing to develop familiarity with InDesign, QuickBooks, and web-based communication such as MailChimp.

Hours: This is a 22 hours/week hourly position, with wage to be set based on experience and qualifications. Specific office hours are flexible, but need to maintain consistency and should be set between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday for a total of 22 hours spread over at least three weekdays.

Chaplain – Retirement Community 23 Mar

Sunday morning worship service and special service throughout the church year. Weekly Bible Study. Twice a month discussion group. Hospital/Nursing Home visitation.
Qualifications: As in most chaplain positions, the person that would assume this ministry would have to be sensitive to Christians from all denominations. At each event, you will have a few Roman Catholics, Presbyterians, Methodists, Baptists, Lutheran, etc. The residents are older, but have to be able to take care of themselves, so while their bodies may be aging, for most, their minds are still very sharp. The average age on Sunday might be 85.
Hours: Sunday service and discussion groups are currently scheduled for one hour. The Bible Study is scheduled for 45 minutes. Visitation varies throughout the year, and other staff members also make visits to help carry the load.

Taylor graduated from Covenant with MAC in 2013 and works at West Hills Community Church in Town and Country. Abbe is a family wellness chiropractor in Creve Coeur. We are looking for someone to watch 1-2 of our children part-time. Our youngest is 16 months and extremely happy and fun little man! Our middle daughter, 3.5 years old and has a loving heart and loves to play!!
