Covenant Seminary provides this board for the community to post housing opportunities of potential interest to the student body. This list is also made available to those outside the Seminary community. In using this board students, landlords, and any other parties absolve the Seminary from responsibility for any unmet expectations and understand that the Seminary does not endorse the rental property nor the student applicant. Each party is responsible for their own due diligence. Although the Seminary performs some basic due diligence for every ad posted, it is recommended that under no circumstances a renter rents a property that has not been personally toured. I’m looking for a female Covenant student to share an apartment with. My sister is about to move out in June and I’m wanting to have another Christian roomate. I am 26 years old and currently work at a school. While I don’t go to Covenant, I have several friends who do. I live in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Ucity near Delmar and Midland Blvd which is 10.5 miles or 16 minutes from Covenant campus. The building is an older but updated house that has been made into 2 apartments (upstairs and downstairs) -my apartment is the upstairs one. You would have a private bedroom + sun room off the bedroom and personal good sized closet. We would share the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and washer/dryer in the basement. New Income and Housing Opportunity Beginning June 1st17 Mar
I will provide free housing plus a monthly stipend of $600 to a Covenant Theological Seminary student in a University City, MO apartment in exchange for being a roommate. I am a male with a spinal cord injury, and as such, I need a roommate that would be available should I need something at night.
This opportunity could add up to a $1,100 per month, or more, of compensation depending upon your future rent cost per month. This apartment is very near the U City Loop. Within a very short walking distance are the post office, U City library, Washington University, a farmer’s market, grocery store and dozens of restaurants.
This opportunity will begin June 1st, 2017. If you need flexibility on a switch over date, such as regarding existing housing rental contracts, let me know, and we can discuss the situation.
The requirement of this opportunity is that a roommate sleep in a separate area but be available if I would need something, which is infrequent.
