These are housing opportunities in the surrounding community that have been made known to the housing office at Covenant Seminary. If one of these works out for you, please let us know so that we may remove it from the list. You can contact the housing office by emailing or by visiting the One-Stop office on the second floor of Founders Hall.

Covenant Seminary provides this board for the community to post housing opportunities of potential interest to the student body. This list is also made available to those outside the Seminary community. In using this board students, landlords, and any other parties absolve the Seminary from responsibility for any unmet expectations and understand that the Seminary does not endorse the rental property nor the student applicant. Each party is responsible for their own due diligence. Although the Seminary performs some basic due diligence for every ad posted, it is recommended that under no circumstances a renter rents a property that has not been personally toured. The Seminary also recommends that in shared-living/roommate situations, a previous tenant/roommate reference is provided to the potential renter.

To keep this page current, ads are usually removed after 60 days. Also, the housing office may make certain revisions to your ad in order to comply with Fair Housing guidelines.

We will be relocating for a summer internship and are looking to sublet our two-bedroom apartment. The unit can be as furnished or unfurnished as you like, and you can store anything in the basement. There are two queen-sized beds available if you would like. This would be a great opportunity for incoming seminary students to move into an established community of other seminarians (instant friends!) and will allow you to explore areas of St. Louis before committing to a neighborhood to live in permanently.

All available to you for the discounted rate of a single for $500 per month, and couple or two singles for $600 per month. This includes all utilities and rental fees. A security deposit of $150 will be required, but you will receive the full amount back as long as there are no damages.

Are you starting at Covenant this summer? Welcome! We will be gone for the summer and are looking for someone who would like to sublease our apartment. We know how stressful it can be to find an apartment when moving from out of town. Subleasing our place would give you a chance to look for a place of your own throughout the summer while staying in a great location!

We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in a quiet, diverse neighborhood in University City close to the Delmar Loop, several parks, and about 15-20 minutes from Covenant.
The apartment has big, beautiful windows and hardwood floors. The living room and dining room are in one big space with a little nook for studying. The kitchen is small but functional and includes a portable dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedrooms are equal in size and are about 12X12. One bedroom has a queen size bed and two dressers in it and the other has a double bed, a crib, a chair, and a dresser. The bathroom has a new tub/shower combination. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your personal use. The apartment would work well for a small family, a couple, or two single individuals.
